A:Pledged loans are available in loan periods of 1 day, 30-days, 60-days and 180-days. In each case, early repayment of the loan is possible.
How do I determine the interest rate of the pledged loan?
A:The interest rate of the loan is dependent on the loan period and is displayed on the Pledge Loan page. The interest rate shown is a daily interest rate on the loan, with loan periods of less than 1 day being treated as single day loans.
How do I repay the loan?
A:Manual Loan repayment may be done through your ‘History’ page by clicking on the ‘Repay’ action associated with the particular loan entry. If the loan has not been repaid by the loan expiration date, then automatic repayment will occur.
What is risk ratio?
A:Risk Ratio is calculated using the following formula:

How can I increase the pledged amount / collateral of the loan?
A:You may increase your pledged amount, also known as your collateral, by visiting your ‘History’ page then clicking on the ‘Increase Collateral’ button associated with the particular loan entry.
Why haven’t I received my withdrawn funds yet?
A:For fiat currency such as USD, delays in withdrawal are caused by bank processing and delivery times. Please allow at least 2 business days (48 hours) for withdrawals to be processed and completed, after which time if you haven’t received your funds you may contact our customer support team for assistance.
For digital assets, you may follow the status associated with the withdrawal in your withdrawal records to determine withdrawal progress. The withdrawal statuses and their descriptions can be found below:
i. Waiting for Withdrawal
The withdrawal request has been received and is currently waiting to be withdrawn by the system.
ii. Manual Review
The withdrawal request is being reviewed and processed by our customer service team manually to ensure the request is genuine.

The system has approved the withdrawal request and is processing the withdrawal request.
iv. Successful Withdrawal
The asset has successfully been withdrawn from the platform. After the block confirmation process is completed, you may check
the receiving address for the asset. If the block confirmation process hasn’t completed within 48 hours, please contact our customer
support team for assistance.
Why isn’t my recent top-up reflected on my account balance yet?
A:Blockchain asset deposit and withdrawals are executed on the blockchain and thus need to complete the block-confirmation process before they are credited or withdrawn.
The steps of asset deposit are as follows:
The transfer is initiated by the originating platform or wallet.
ii. Block Confirmation
The transaction is on the blockchain. The blockchain network must confirm the transaction multiple times before It’s sufficiently
validated. If block congestion occurs, then the number of network confirmations won’t be sufficient enough to validate the
transaction and transfer delays result.
iii. Account Credit
Once the platform confirms the number of network confirmations is sufficient, then the system will automatically credit your account
with the transferred funds. Note: The number of required confirmations depends on the blockchain technology used.

A:In order to be able to use the asset conversion function, you will need to have a QuickCash account and a sufficient balance to perform the conversion operation.
What currencies does asset conversion support?A:Currently, the conversion function may be used with high quality assets such as BTC, USDT, PAX and ETH. More currencies will be supported in the future so in order to know exactly what currencies are supported, you should refer to what currency options are displayed on the currency conversion page.
Where can I find the converted digital assets?
A:Converted digital assets are automatically credited to your account. You may check your asset balances in the Finance Center, where you may also withdraw the assets or pledge the assets in order to take out a loan.
How do I register an account with QuickCash?
A:In order to register an account with QuickCash, you will need to do the following:
i. Navigate to the QuickCash homepage (www.quickcash.com)
ii. Click the login button in the top-right of the page, then click on Register
iii. Fill in the registration form. A verification email will be sent with a code that you need to enter on the registration form in order to
complete the form. You will also need to review the User Agreement and check the box indicating you have read and agree to the
terms specified in order to complete registration.
iv. Once the form is filled out, click the confirmation button at the bottom of the form. Your account will then be ready to use and you
may login through the login button at the top-right of the homepage. It’s highly recommended that you complete the security
